Be InvestED Foundation’s programs are designed to provide students with early access to investing, paired with sustained financial education and long-term support.
Beginning in high school and continuing through early adulthood, students participate in a structured, multi-year program that combines real investment accounts, age-appropriate financial literacy, and consistent reinforcement of long-term thinking.
Program Structure
Each participating student is enrolled in a long-term program beginning in 9th grade. Be InvestED establishes and funds an investment account on the student’s behalf, with contributions made over time to demonstrate the impact of consistency and compounding.
Alongside the investment account, students receive a structured financial literacy curriculum delivered through their school. Topics build gradually over multiple years, starting with foundational concepts and expanding as students mature and gain experience.

- How to read basic information about stocks and funds
- How to think critically about financial decisions and tradeoff
A Long-Term Focus
Be InvestED is intentionally designed as a long-term initiative. Students remain connected to their investment accounts and financial education well beyond high school, reinforcing patience, discipline, and confidence.
Our goal is not short-term outcomes, but durable financial understanding and the ability to participate thoughtfully in the financial system over a lifetime.
